Sweet Sleep Magnesium Balm

A calming bedtime ritual for moms and families — pharmacist formulated.

You've tried everything. The supplements. The melatonin. The bedtime routines. Nothing works consistently — and you're exhausted.

I made this because I was in the same place during my pregnancy.

As a pharmacist, I couldn't find a single magnesium product I trusted enough to put on my own skin. So I went into my private lab and formulated one — every ingredient evaluated to my clinical standard. No fillers. No synthetics. Just what actually works.

Sweet Sleep Magnesium Balm absorbs transdermally — you rub it directly onto your skin, your feet, legs, belly, or wrists — and let it do the work while you rest. No pills. No drinks. No mixing.

Moms use it. Their toddlers use it. The most common thing I hear: "it changed our nighttime routine."

How to Use as a Bedtime Ritual

Apply 1–2 provided spoons of balm to areas of tension such as shoulders, legs, or belly. I made this when I was pregnant and reviewed every ingredient myself as a pharmacist.

Massage gently into the skin after a warm evening shower as part of a calming nighttime routine to support relaxation and unwinding before rest.

For children, we recommend our kid-specific magnesium balm formulated especially for younger skin.

This is not a sleep aid. It's a supportive bedtime ritual designed to help the body slow down before rest.
